YouTube Frames is a new way of viewing the storyboard of the YouTube videos that give users a much a better idea of what’s inside any YouTube video . For instance, here’s the YouTube generated storyboard for  iPhone5- Rumours video.

Demo: iPhone5- next iPhone rumour update video
With the help of YouTube frames you can quickly review what's inside the video to decide whether to watch it or to skip it and save time by gathering the information from the frames. Internally, YouTube splits the video into multiple segments and each of these segments is represented with a single image frame. All these frames are then stitched together to form one big image that can help you visualize the entire video at a glance. When you watch a video on YouTube, your browser downloads the corresponding storyboard images in the background and is stored in browser cache and difficult to retrieve but this bookmarklet will easily solve you purpose.

Just add [Drag it to you bookmark tool-bar] the following YouTube Frames bookmarklet to your browser.

Open any video on the YouTube, then click the bookmarklet and it would display all the still image frames of that video on one page.
Note: it won’t work for embedded videos

A virtual private network (VPN) is a secure way of connecting to a private Local Area Network at a remote location, using the Internet or any unsecure public network to transport the network data packets privately, using encryption. The VPN uses authentication to deny access to unauthorized users, and encryption to prevent unauthorized users from reading the private network packets. The VPN can be used to send any kind of network traffic securely, including voice, video or data.

We often use password to secure our information , but it is more important to know How secure is your password?.If your important passwords include your pet’s name, your birth date or other easy to find information about you, you could be in big trouble. Here are some Do's and Dont's that can help you to have a secure pasword.

Do's
  • Do use at least eight characters in your password. Remember, the more the merrier.
  • Do use a good variety of lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Do avoid consecutive keyboard combinations— such as qwerty or asdfg.
  • Make sure you use different passwords for each of your accounts.
  • Be sure no one watches when you enter your password.
  • Always log off if you leave your device and anyone is around—it only takes a moment for someone to steal or change the password.
  • Use comprehensive security software and keep it up to date to avoid keyloggers (keystroke loggers) and other malware.
  • Depending on the sensitivity of the information being protected, you should change your passwords periodically, and avoid reusing a password for at least one year.
Dont's
  • Don’t use personal information such as your name, age, birth date, child’s name, pet’s name, or favorite color/song, etc.
  • Don’t use dictionary words, slang terms, common misspellings, or words spelled backward.
  • Don’t use more than three consecutive characters of one type—5386 is not okay, 238# is okay.
  • Don’t tell anyone your password. Your trusted friend now might not be your friend in the future. Keep your passwords safe by keeping them to yourself.
  • Avoid entering passwords on computers you don’t control (like computers at an Internet café or library)—they may have malware that steals your passwords.
  • Avoid entering passwords when using unsecured Wi-Fi connections (like at the airport or coffee shop)—hackers can intercept your passwords and data over this unsecured connection.

Procedure for Windows 7/Vista:

1. Go to Command Prompt (or click on start menu and type cmd)

2. Type powercfg -h off [press enter]

3. Now hibernation will be off on your system.

4. To renable hibernation type powercfg -h on [press enter]

Procedure for windows XP:

This procedure makes use of the graphical user interface.

  1. Go to
Start > Control Panel > Power Option

  2. Uncheck the Enable Hibernation box(under the hibernate tab) if you don't need the hibernation function.
