This is a screenshot of the Pre-looks of new Facebook Photo Viewer that might be launched by Facebook in coming few months.

Facebook New Photo Viewer

After bearing strong criticism from the users, developers and blogs on its photo viewer around the globe, the Facebook had revised their photo viewer again .It will have light colour scheme, compact and refreshing look.

The upgraded photo viewer will still use the theatre layout for displaying pictures inside a pop-up but they had moved away the black background that was disliked by most of Facebook users. Another change that had been done by Facebook is that, Facebook had also removed the ads from their photo viewer which had given it a more compact look.

You will still be able to switch to the old classic layout by simply pressing the Refresh button (F5) in your browser.
